Real people, genuine programs, one community.
We're a small Melbourne team who started Thrive Pathways because we wanted to offer something different. Not another provider doing the same thing, but a place where participants make real friends and do things they actually enjoy.
Callum runs Musicool Maestro. Claire runs Dungeons and Dragons and our upcoming Minecraft program. Brandon runs Tinker Tech and keeps the lights on. Kelly makes sure every participant's experience is smooth from day one. Mish knows the NDIS inside and out and advocates hard for the people we support.
We work with plan-managed and self-managed participants. Being unregistered means you have more flexibility in who you work with and how your funding is used. That's a good thing.
More About Thrive PathwaysWhat makes us different
There are a lot of NDIS providers in Melbourne. Here's why participants choose us.
Programs nobody else runs
Musicool Maestro, Dungeons and Dragons, Minecraft, Tinker Tech. These aren't programs you'll find at another Melbourne provider. If you've wanted to join a D&D group or learn about computers with a supportive group around you, this is the place.
Small team, real relationships
We're not a large organisation. You'll work with the same people who built this, not a rotating roster of staff who don't know your name. Callum, Claire, Kelly, Mish and Brandon are here for the long run.
Plan-managed and self-managed flexibility
As an unregistered provider, we're available to plan-managed and self-managed participants. This means more choice about who you work with and how your funding is spent. Talk to your plan manager if you're not sure whether this applies to you.
Free initial consultation, no commitment
Start with a free conversation. Tell us about your situation and what you're looking for. We'll be honest about whether we're the right fit and help point you in the right direction either way.
